We are thrilled to announce that Milo has been accepted into the On Deck Founders (ODF) fellowship program in San Francisco.
About On Deck Founders
ODF is a highly selective fellowship designed to help founders build conviction, find collaborators, and accelerate their journey from early stage to fundraising. The program brings together 80-100 exceptional founders for an intensive one-week experience in San Francisco, followed by lifetime access to a community of over 3,000 members.
What makes ODF special is the caliber of its network. Alumni have launched over 1,000 startups, with companies like Loyal, Luma, Cal.com, and Partiful collectively raising over $2 billion from investors including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, a16z, and Founders Fund.
Why This Matters for Milo
Joining ODF represents a significant milestone in our journey. The program offers several advantages that align directly with where Milo is headed:
World-Class Network: Access to a community of founders who have built successful companies across industries. For a company focused on commercial real estate technology, connecting with founders who have scaled B2B products is invaluable.
Non-Dilutive Support: ODF takes no equity and provides over $800,000 in perks through partnerships with Mercury, AWS, Stripe Atlas, and other essential tools for scaling startups.
San Francisco Presence: The in-person week in San Francisco positions us at the center of the startup ecosystem, opening doors to investors, advisors, and potential partners who are shaping the future of technology.
What This Means for Our Community
Our acceptance into ODF is validation that the problem we are solving resonates beyond just our early customers. The commercial real estate industry is ready for AI-native tools that can transform how professionals underwrite deals, and investors and founders outside the CRE space recognize this opportunity.
For our users, this means we are building connections that will help us deliver a better product faster. The insights we gain from other founders who have scaled B2B products will directly inform how we build and grow Milo.
Looking Ahead
We head to San Francisco in February for the ODF27 cohort. We will be sharing updates from the experience and the connections we make along the way.
If you are building in real estate technology or are curious about what we are working on, we would love to connect. The best companies are built with input from the people they serve.
Here is to the next chapter.
