Service Providers

This page identifies the "Service Providers" that Audubonic engages within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws. A Service Provider processes personal information on our behalf, pursuant to a written contract, and is restricted from using that information for any purpose other than performing the services specified in the contract.
Our Commitments
Each Service Provider listed below is contractually bound to:
- Process personal information solely on Audubonic's documented instructions and only for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
- Refrain from selling or sharing personal information, and from combining personal information received from Audubonic with personal information from any other source for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the personal information processed.
- Notify Audubonic if it determines it can no longer meet its obligations under applicable privacy law.
- Permit Audubonic to take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the Service Provider uses personal information in a manner consistent with our obligations under applicable privacy law.

No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Audubonic does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not authorize our Service Providers to do so.
